Contributors pass a BrightID sybil check, then cast encrypted MACI votes. A coordinator batches and tallies votes, posting a zk-SNARK proof that unlocks the matching pool. Quadratic funding pays out proportional to the square of the sum of square roots of contributions — so broad small-donor support out-earns a single whale.
