A DAO issues an expiring Badge Spec via its Raft → contributors are added to an allowlist → each contributor must consensually claim a soulbound (EIP-4973) badge → active badges grant governance weight and gated access → unclaimed or unrenewed badges expire. Edit the parameters or trigger the bear market.
