Illustrative simulation. Defaults reflect the researched Civil mechanism (newsrooms stake CVL to list, any holder can challenge, a token vote resolves disputes with the loser's stake redistributed, and close calls can reach the Civil Council and a community veto) — but arrival timing and vote outcomes are randomized for visualization, not live onchain data. The "trigger the failure mode" button illustrates Civil's real weakness: with too little adversarial pressure, the registry just accumulates dead-weight stake instead of curating anything.
