Deus Finance DEI · interactive mechanism simulation

DEI is minted against USDC/DAI/FTM and the DEUS governance token; the AMM's spot reserves feed the price oracle. A flash loan can skew that oracle in one transaction, over-mint or over-borrow against it, and — because DEUS itself partly backs DEI — a shock to DEUS's price and confidence spirals into the peg.

Illustrative simulation. Defaults mirror the researched Deus Finance mechanism (AMM spot-reserve oracle, ~$3M and ~$13.4M flash-loan exploits within six weeks, then a reflexive DEUS-backed depeg to ~$0.52 after redemptions were paused), but attack sizes, timing and the peg curve are simplified for visualization — not live onchain data.
