Traders swap against a Uniswap v4 hook running a dutch-auction curve. Each epoch, the hook checks sales against a schedule: behind schedule → price auctions down; ahead → price ratchets up. Proceeds fill a "lower slug" until the migration threshold is met, then liquidity graduates to a standard AMM pool.
