Models the general Dutch-auction primitive documented for Gnosis's 2017 GNO sale and DutchX: a price decays on a public schedule until bids fill supply, then every winner pays the same uniform clearing price. "Trigger thin liquidity" starves the bid rate the way DutchX's thin order books did — price decays toward the floor and the round expires unsold instead of clearing, mirroring why DutchX never attracted volume.
