A curator locks an NFT in a vault and mints ERC-20 fractions. Holders trade the fractions and continuously vote a supply-weighted reserve price. Once enough of the supply has voted (quorum), anyone can bid the reserve to open a buyout auction; the winner takes the NFT while holders cash out pro-rata in ETH. Reflects the researched Fractional.art mechanism (curator-deposited NFT vault, ERC-20 fractions, continuous supply-weighted reserve-price voting with a quorum guardrail, buyout auction with anti-snipe extension, pro-rata cash-out on settlement), but vote timing, bid sizes, and turnout are randomized for visualization — not live onchain data.
