A disputing party files a case and pays a fee → the Court draws jurors pseudo-randomly, weighted by staked PNK → drawn jurors commit-and-reveal a private vote → coherent jurors (voted with the majority) earn ETH fees + redistributed PNK, incoherent jurors are penalized → a losing party can appeal to a larger panel (~2n+1 jurors) before the ruling is finalized and rewards loop back into the stake pool.
