Users sign encrypted "preferences" instead of full transactions. TEE kettles decrypt and fulfill them via the MEVM chain's SUAPPs, a builder ships the winning block to Ethereum L1, and captured MEV is rebated back to the user. Edit the parameters and watch the pipeline respond.
